Moringa has no slimming effects and has no influence on weight loss. It has, however, diuretic and depurative properties, so you can have beneficial effects in case of swelling and water retention.

Birch has a strong detoxifying action and fights cellulite imperfections. Its diuretic activity is connected to the presence of flavonoids, in particular quercetins, which stimulate the production of urine and help to eliminate excess liquids. 

Green tea is rich in catechins, antioxidant substances capable of giving a prolonged sense of satiety.

Moreover it contains methylxanthines, molecules which reduce the absorption of sugars, stimulate lipolysis and, thanks to the vasodilatory action, determine a greater renal activity and a more effective diuresis.

Mint contains menthol which has fat burning properties, stimulating the transformation of white adipose tissue (the common fat that accumulates on the belly and hips) into brown adipose tissue. The latter activates thermogenesis, a process through which fat disposal takes place.

Tips for use:

For an optimal herbal tea use a spoonful of product per cup (200 ml of boiling water), leave to infuse for 3-5 minutes and sweeten as desired, preferably with organic honey.

It is recommended to take one cup of herbal tea per day.

It is not recommended during pregnancy.
