WHAT WILL YOU RECEIVE?
Inside the parcel you will find the aloe arborescens plant in a pot with soil. Together with the plant you will also receive half a kilo of aloe arborescens leaves as a free gift, gathered from fifteen year old plants.
In atmospheric conditions with a temperature of about zero centigrade, it is advisable to keep the plant inside the house near a source of direct light. Such low temperatures, in fact, can damage the plant. In mild temperatures (which never go below 3ºC), the plant can be put on a balcony or planted outside. For therapeutic use, pick the most external leaves, given that the plant develops from the inside outwards. Eliminate the spines, points and bases that are the lightest in colour and use the remaining part.
If planted outside, in spring and summer water the Aloe with moderation (about 250 ml once every 2 days) and take care not to wet the leaves so that the water doesn’t get between the leaves and rot them.
In autumn and winter, watering the plant should be slowly reduced until it is totally suspended for all winter. In spring it is gradually begun again.

In autumn and winter, watering the plant should be slowly reduced. To find out the right quantity of water, look at the saucer under the pot. If water has collected in the saucer it is a sign that the amount and/or frequency should be reduced. In spring, watering is begun again gradually.
